We offer free USPS shipping in the continental US. If you need something expedited, give us a call at 919-401-2910 and we can discuss available options. We also offer free local delivery or curbside pick-up if you need it quickly!
We handle all returns with the goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind the products we sell and want you to be happy with your purchase. We believe in dealing with our customers in a fair and reasonable manner. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn will be reasonable. If you are ever unhappy with a purchase, we consider it a favor if you give us a chance to make it right.
Please bring the item(s) you'd like to return to the store along with your receipt and original form of payment. Any salesperson can assist you with your return. Any new or unused item returned within 30 days will receive a full refund to the tender it was purchased with. Tights and undergarments can not be accepted for a return if opened or used.
If you need to return something for any reason, please email (email@example.com) or call us at 919-401-2910 and we will give you a return authorization number. You can then securely package your return, include your RA number and mail your return back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless your item was defective, or we shipped an item incorrectly.
-Items must be unworn, tags attached, and in the original packaging.
-Laundered items cannot be returned.
-Shoes must be unworn and returned in original shoe box
