Returns
We handle all returns with the goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind the products we sell and want you to be happy with your purchase. We believe in dealing with our customers in a fair and reasonable manner, and when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn will be reasonable.
If you are ever unhappy with a purchase, we consider it a favor if you give us a chance to make it right.
Product Condition:

Items must be unworn, tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Laundered items cannot be returned.

Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original shoe box and packaging.
In-Store Purchases:
Please bring the item(s) you'd like to return to the store along with your receipt and original form of payment. Any salesperson can assist you with your return. Any new or unused item returned within 60 days will receive a full refund to the tender it was purchased with. Tights and undergarments cannot be returned if opened or used.
Online Purchases:
If you need to return your purchase for any reason, please fill out the return form below.
You can then securely package your return and mail it back to us.
We request that you mail pointe shoes back in a box to avoid damage during the shipping process.
You are responsible for return shipping charges unless your item was defective, or we shipped an item incorrectly.
Exchanging an Online Purchase:
To exchange an item, simply place a new order for the product you want. This ensures the item doesn't sell out before we receive your return. Follow the standard return instructions to send your original purchase back to us. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method as soon as we receive your package.
